I had never heard someone tie all of Jacob’s life together as a string of wrestling episodes by which he achieved his motives; people have usually considered wrestling and the demand for a blessing as the same but I found your take to be very refreshing – Jacob was having an adult temper tantrum! I’ve been at those points of being done with tantrums and in was even at one last night and had to be painfully honest, face my fears of the future, and trust God.
